What effects will Personalised Search have on SEO?

Many companies, bloggers and twitter-folk have been predicting the end of SEO with the advent of Google’s personalised search. Granted, Google rankings will change slightly according to what the user has searched and clicked on before, but with Google’s personalised search being in effect for quite a while now, we believe that the core of SEO will not change.
